According the combination of the marks, this cross has been manufactured between 1882 until 1899.
Albert Konstantin Keibel (1854-1910), son of Julius (Ivan) Eduard Keibel (1825-1882) became owner of his father's business upon the latter's death in 1882. Until 1905 he was the exclusive producer of the order's insignia for the Chapter of the Imperial Orders. In 1910 he died in Sankt Petersburg, committing suicide.

Цайге 3181. Состояние очень хорошее.
Совокупность значков свидетельствует об изготовлении ордена между 1882 и 1899 гг.
Альберт Константин Кейбель (1854-1910), сын Юлиуса (Ивана) Эдуарда Кейбеля (1825-1882) стал владельцем отцовского предприятия после его смерти в 1882 г. До 1905 г он был эксклюзивным поставщиком императорских орденов. В 1910 покончил с собой в СПб.
