Description

Russian Empire until 1917 - Jeton of the Red Cross Society under the Patronage of the Grand Duchess Elizabeth. Silver, partly gilt, partly enameled. On the reverse engraved text in Russian with year „1900“. Master’s mark "ИP" and 84 zolotniki silvermark with "ЯЛ" of the assayer Yakov Lyapunov: With pentagonal folded ribbon. WJT J-158. Condition G.V.F.
Yakov Lyapunov worked from 1899 until 1903 as an assayer in St. Petersburg.

Жетон общества Красного креста под покровительством Великой Княгини Елизаветы. Серебро, частично золочение, частично эмаль, на обороте выгравирована надпись и год 1900, значок мастера "ИP" и серебряное клеймо 84 золотника со значком "ЯЛ" пробирного мастера Якова Ляпунова, на пятиугольной складчатой ленте. Верлих J-158. Сохранность II.
Яков Ляпунов был пробирным мастером в СПб только с 1899 по 1903 г.
